Account Access

I’m new to QuaverEd. Where do I begin? 
Welcome to the QuaverEd Qmunity! Once your PO has been processed, you will receive an access code via email. That code is the key to unlocking your online curriculum resources. Simply visit QuaverEd.com/log-in and follow the instructions to create a username and password. You’ll be prompted to enter your access code and register your account to your school license. After login, you’ll receive some emails to help you get started, and we invite you to explore our training videos or give our support team a call for a one-on-one walkthrough of your new resources.

How do I renew my license? 
Near the end of your license term, your administrator or supervisor will receive information about license renewal. If you need help renewing, contact your Sales Director.

What are the System Requirements?

*As of August 2018, Quaver curriculum resources no longer require the use of Adobe Flash. Teachers and students may still opt to access bonus content in Quaver’s World using Flash until its complete transition by December 2020 when Adobe Flash discontinues support of its program. If electing to use Flash, we require Version 11.4 or later.


Can I download or request a Quaver song for use in a program or performance?
New to Quaver this year is the ability to download most Quaver songs right from your own account! Most songs are available for download to licensed users in our QuaverMusic program, in the ClassPlay section of your dashboard. For all other requests, please email songrequests@quavermusic.com and we’ll send over the tracks you need along with details on the terms and conditions of their use.


I found a bug or an error in a Quaver resource. Who should I tell? 
While we are sticklers for excellence, the occasional error does slip through. Fortunately, our cloud-based resources are easy to update, and we respond quickly to issues or errors when reported. If you’re able to, please give us as much information as possible in an issue report.


What are QuaverNotes and how can my students use them? 
If you are a QuaverMusic user, your students may encounter QuaverNotes. QuaverNotes act as a virtual currency on the student side of the site. QuaverNotes allow users to do things like purchase premium virtual goods on the site and DO NOT expire. For example, students might use QuaverNotes to buy new outfits for their avatar. 

The Quaver Team always has an 100 QuaverNote code available. This code changes monthly. Email Info@QuaverEd to find out the current code! This code is currently the only way for users to acquire QuaverNotes. To redeem the QuaverNotes code:

  • Go to QuaverMusic.com
  • Click on your Avatar on Quaver Street
  • Click the MY ACCOUNT tab
  • Enter the code where it reads ENTER QUAVERCODE
  • You now have 100 QuaverNotes!

I need help with a specific Quaver resource, app, or screen. Where do I start?
Keep an eye out for the Help and Menu buttons throughout your Quaver experience. They include guidance for the specific screen or resource you’re viewing at the time. When teaching a Quaver lesson, reference the Notes for instructions and differentiation suggestions. You can also explore the Product Support section of our help site for resource-specific help.


Can I arrange for a training day in my district? Are there events happening soon in my area?
To discuss in-person professional development for your school or district, please contact Training@QuaverEd.com. We’d also encourage you to check our calendar for events in your area, and be sure to take advantage of all the digital training available through regular webinars and online PD courses.

Do I have to have internet access?
Being cloud-based resources, content is delivered via the internet. Teachers and students can connect to Quaver websites via any computer with an internet connection. If the teacher has implemented student accounts, they can access those from a home computer as well.


Do I have to have a Smartboard or touchscreen?
Quaver websites are compatible with all current interactive whiteboards, although they are not required.

Many teachers find our resources effective in a live classroom setting with a computer and projector setup. We design Quaver to operate across all interactive whiteboards and devices, as many resources include manipulatives and click/drag interactivity.”

How much is a license for QuaverEd curriculum resources? 
Pricing varies based on the program, license length, and a number of licensed users. Talk to your Sales Director today about curriculum pricing and find what works best for you and your school!


What’s the status of my QuaverEd Order? 
Most QuaverEd orders are processed within 3 days of Purchase Order receipt. If you’ve submitted a PO, you can contact our orders team for an update on your specific order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an access code via email. That code is the key to unlocking all of your Quaver Resources!


I received a Past Due Billing Notice. What’s that about? 
Please contact us right away to make sure your financial information is up to date.

Can I tour Quaver HQ when I visit Nashville?
